Returns & Exchanges
Indie Mae understands ordering online can be difficult! We try our hardest to answer all questions regarding sizing and fit, but understand if an item does not work out. We have included the following return policy for these instances:
Shipped: We do accept returns within 14 days from the delivery confirmation. When shipping back your item please include packing slip from your order.
Local pick up: We do accept returns within 14 days of your order pick up confirmation email.
Returns MUST meet the following criteria: Free of smells-odor-rips-tears. Item must be return in UNUSED condition. Jewelry and sale items including flash sale items are not eligible for return. Indie Mae will NOT accept the return if it does not meet the criteria above. If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immeditately so we can correct an issue. Indie Mae will NOT accept a damaged order passed 3 days of being received. If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, Indie Mae will provide a return label for you to mail back. Once Indie Mae can verify it is transit back to us, we will then ship out the correct item.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will then issue you a store credit. Website orders receive a code, CommentSold will be credited back to account.
